Return Policy
General Return Information:
- You may return your items within 30 days from the day of the receipt.
- Items must be unworn, in the original condition and packaging, with all original tags and panty stickers in place, and certification attached.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable if applicable.
- You are responsible for the charges of the returned shipping.
- Free gifts, promotional items, and final sale items are non-refundable.
Return Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Once your return or exchange is received at the warehouse, please allow 48 hours for processing.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

How to Measure
A. BUST
Measure over the fullest area of the bust and straight around the back.
B. UNDERBUST
Measure directly under the bust and around the back.
C. WAIST
The waist is below the abdomen between the rib cage and hips.
D. HIPS
Measure the fullest part of the hip ensuring the tape is straight around the body.
